Chloe Badstubner

I’m a senior product designer currently based in Austin, TX, with a focus on consumer marketplace experiences. I’ve spent my career designing for high trust, high stakes decisions, including at Neighbor, where I helped people navigate the complex and stressful life event of moving and storage with clarity and confidence. That work helped me learn the big role design has in supporting meaningful decision making.

Today, I’m a product designer at Care.com, where I focus on improving how families find and connect with caregivers. My work is at the intersection of search, decision making, and trust. My work reducing friction in the Search and Match experience has helped people move forward with important life decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, I’m a passionate creator and lifelong learner. I enjoy studying art history, making art, and exploring new crafts like needlepoint. I’m an active member of the Austin Stitch Club and AIGA Austin. I host a monthly bookclub as well, which I really value as a place for open, thoughtful conversation. I’m drawn to environments where I can learn, create, and get inspired with others.
